Ok, Stardoll puts new stuff on at 12pm at night.
Thats 11pm (around) In the UK
so all you need to do is find out what your country is at 12pm in america.
then when that time happens log on and look at the front page new things.

theres only 6 there so if you wait about 20mins after they come out they should be in the main STARPLAZA.
