there is a new Gift Meter on Stardoll. You will receive a gift for every 15sd you spend in Starplaza (I think you also get an interior if you spend 15sd in Suite Shop) You have the message in your inbox,so if you check it you will find the messege if not just log out and log back in. Then it would definetly be there. The gifts themselves seem to be random, as everyone seems to be getting different things.
