This Sign isnt Much but thanks To The Stardoll Insiders :)
1) Go to a USA proxy website. I reccoment myproxy.ca as that worked for me :)
2) Type In http://www.stardoll.com/
3) Log into Stardoll
The Sign will be in an envelope in your suite.
I think the Envelope is Really cute so you might want to have that Instead of the Letter for a while.
The Letter isnt Special and If your not from usa when you click go there it just takes you to stardoll.com home page.
